How do I ensure the security of my VPS?

Security is paramount when using openSUSE. Keep your VPS updated with the latest security patches, use strong passwords, and limit access to only trusted individuals. Also change the default SSH port from 22 to something else to make it harder for bruteforcers.
How long does it take to deploy a VPS?

Once your payment is completed and confirmed on the blockchain (if you've chosen cryptocurrency as your payment method), the activation process will take less than 1 minute. However, please note that the OS installation itself can take between 2 to 5 minutes. It's advisable to wait approximately 5 minutes before attempting to connect to your server after activation.
How can I manage my VPS?

You can manage your server using our user-friendly control panel. Additionally, if you are unable to access your server via SSH or RDP, you can consider using the VNC option in the control panel for remote access to rescue your server. The web-based control panel offers a range of features, including OS reinstallation, changing primary IP addresses for multiple servers and additional server administration features like resource monitoring, firewall configuration, and much more.
Will there be any additional charges for (heavy) traffic?

No, there won't be additional charges for heavy traffic. However, engaging in activities like DDoS attacks, overloading our network, or spoofing is prohibited. If such activities are detected, we will suspend the server in question.
Is the IPv4 address attached to my VPS shared with others?

No, the IPv4 address assigned to your VPS is dedicated solely to your server and is not shared with others.
Can I order multiple IPv4's or subnets?

Yes, you can order additional IP addresses for your VPS during the standard order process on our website. Each additional IP is priced at 2.50 EUR. If you require more than 60 IP addresses, we can offer /24 subnets with 253 usable IPv4's for €200 monthly. Please contact us through the support ticket for further assistance.
What payment methods are available?
